Hockey Volunteers - Description of Duties and Responsibilities

Convenor

• Registrations ( 2 nights plus late registrations) 

• Develop teams, coaches and volunteers 

• Chairing hockey committee 

• Ensuring placement of kids through St. Boniface minor 

• Seat on St. Boniface minor - attend meeting 

• Communicate effectively with parents / coaches / volunteers / committees 

• Attend bronze cup meetings 

• Organize Coaches wind-up -Appreciation Night 

• Develop announcement 4 times a year

St. Boniface Female Council Representative

• Attends all FHC meetings during the hockey season.

• Finds another parent to attend and represent team at FHC meeting if attendance is not possible. communicates FHC information and news to team members

Bronze Cup Tournament Representative

• ORGANIZE BCT meetings.  

• Coordinates BCT committee 

• Communicates BCT information to team members. 

• Coordinates parent volunteering for the BCT.
